OMG. If you want a good work out, well a trampoline is just for you. I tried it for the first time today, INTENSE! I was sweating galore and every muscle was aching. A trampoline works your core,legs, and gets your heart rate going. I was frightened at first, but then I started to get the hang of it and oh man was it ever a good time. I am definitely going to start saving for my own trampoline to have fun on, opps i mean work out on....
